« Just as the name says - a cosy cottage at the lake! We were pleasantly surprised to find that the host had decorated the cottage for Christmas - even had a Christmas tree! « This was a beautiful little property just across the road from the waterfront! Beautifully furnished, tons of space. Rooms were huge, lots of natural light. We played cards all night on a new picnic table, had a huge fire in the fire pit. New well kept BBQ and cold AC! Tons of basic items like shampoo, condiments, coffee and creamer! « We enjoyed our time at the cottage as we were evacuated due to wildfires in the NT. It was a little cozier than we thought as the two bunk beds are supposed to sleep 8 of the 12 guests and an air mattress for the other 2. « This cottage is beautifully decorated and set up. It is next to the public pier and the market so it’s very convenient to pick up ingredients that you may have forgotten. There are two large trees in front providing shade which is a precious feature on the beach. We brought kayaks and were able to visit the nesting terns and the yellow-headed blackbirds in the reeds. The water in the taps has quite a strong sulphuric smell but a water cooler is provided by the property. We would definitely visit...

« Jocelyn was exceptionally responsive to our every question and need, and she was an absolute delight to deal with. The new hot tub was lovely, but it was not chemically up to par yet to actually enjoy. I have every confidence she'll work with her hot tub guy and get it crystal clear! The listing said there would be coffee and firewood available, but there wasn't, but no big deal. Overall the home provided all that we needed for a great get-away. »

« We stayed at the cabins for 3 nights for May long weekend and it was perfect! We had a large group and there was more than enough room for sleeping and doing lots of different activities with the kids outside from playing soccer, playing catch, catching frogs and camping games and plenty of room inside for when the weather wasn't so nice. Briana was very quick to respond everytime I reached out with a question. We will definitely be back and recommend these cabins to anyone wanting a nice place...

A few hours after we checked in we were relaxing in the room and had another guest enter our room with a keycard which was alarming, but it’s ok we understand mistakes.
