« This quiet getaway was exactly what we needed. This little cottage was absolutely amazing and beautiful, clean on the inside and well maintained. My wife loved everything about it not to mention they even decorated for Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend to stay in the small town of Carthage and stay at the cottage. It has definitely been put on our list of places to revisit! »

« I really liked that not only was my room clean it smelled clean too. The staff was very friendly and greeted me on every occasion. I was impressed with the breakfast and it was more than I was expecting. The thing I loved the most was the long hot shower I was able to take. I had such a wonderful time that I am thinking about planning another trip some time soon just for me to get away. »

« This hotel is dated and could use some TLC and upgrades. Paint coming off walls in bathroom, old carpet with stains and residue in carpet. Very hard bed sheets, pillows discolored, loud AC unit. Headboard stained. Staff was helpful and tried as best they could to help. »
