Cozy 1 bedroom studio near Cartagena Airport

Studio apartment located in the traditional Crespo neighborhood of Cartagena de Indias, just a few meters from Rafael Núñez International Airport and only a 15-minute taxi ride from the city’s historic center.

We are 300 meters from the beach, where you’ll find a linear park equipped with cycling and running tracks, a skating area, an outdoor gym, and perfect spots for meditation or simply enjoying the sunset.

The studio is spacious and comfortable, perfect for enjoying as a couple. It is equipped with a double bed, a bathroom, air conditioning, closets to store your belongings, and a kitchen with all the essential appliances and utensils to make your stay more pleasant.

The neighborhood beach is quiet and has no commercial activity.

During your stay, you will have full and private access to the entire place. The accommodation is part of a family home with three other apartments. They share the main entrance, terrace, and hallway, where the doors provide access for guests and residents to each apartment.

Things to keep in mind before booking our place:
-We do NOT have a water heater for showers or sinks.
-Upon check-in, you will receive the keys and we will provide you with instructions for the accommodation.
-Under no circumstances is prostitution or drug use allowed on our property.
