* Building regulations: Clothes and towels are not allowed on the balcony. Access is only allowed to pre-registered guests. Name changes are not permitted during the stay.

* Supermarkets: D1, Ara, and local shops within walking distance on the main road (Calle 70).

* Transportation: The most efficient way to request a ride is through an app (Uber, Didi, Cabify).
