Beautiful balcony view,but ants in the kitchen

Nice stay. We made the best of it with the accommodations. Not enough toilet paper and not enough soap or towels. No shampoos or conditioners. Ants all over the kitchen. A transportable a/c in the master because their a/c was broken. It looked horrible! Was told we weren't allowed visitors! ??? Had family that live there come to visit and although security allowed them, he gave us trouble and made my family feel very uncomfortable! Pool was closed early and made feel uncomfortable when told we must take our shoes off before stepping outside to the pool area. We had to take our own chairs out from a room next to the pool area. Next will stay in a hotel with all the accommodations!
