-Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; a $250 USD fine will be imposed. -Please remember that the pool is open: Monday - Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. On Wednesdays, it opens at 2:00 p.m. for maintenance. -Important notice regarding the use of keys and doors: In case of lost keys, or if any of the room doors are accidentally locked inside, it will be necessary to contact a locksmith. The cost of the service must be covered by the guest currently staying in the apartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in avoiding this type of inconvenience.

Welcome to this spectacular 2-bedroom apartment located on the 29th floor of the exclusive Palmetto Beach building in Bocagrande, Cartagena. This is one of the most sought-after buildings in the city, boasting an unbeatable beachfront location. Just cross the street to enjoy the beach. The building features a rooftop pool where you can relax while taking in breathtaking views of the sea and the city. If you enjoy working out, the building's gym is available for an additional fee. The apartment is designed to offer you comfort and style during your stay. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a spacious closet to make you feel right at home. The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom right next door for added convenience. Both bedrooms are designed for you to unwind after a day of exploring the city or enjoying the beach. The living room is perfect for relaxing, with a sofa bed that accommodates two additional guests, bringing the total capacity of the apartment to six. The common area is also air-conditioned and connects to a balcony with super comfortable furniture where you can relax and enjoy the sunset with an unparalleled view. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay if you wish, giving you the option of enjoying a home-cooked meal overlooking the sea. From the balcony or the living room, you'll have the opportunity to relax while enjoying the sea breeze and the incredible sunsets that only Cartagena can offer. Important: Only registered guests have access to the building and the apartment, ensuring privacy and security during your stay.

Only guests who send us their names 24 hours prior to check-in will be allowed entry to the building, and no visitors are permitted. These are strict building policies. Upon arrival, registered guests will receive identification wristbands. They will have full access to the pool and common areas to enjoy during their stay. If they wish to use the gym, they will need to pay a daily surcharge directly at the building's reception desk.

The pool is on the 30th floor and the gym is on floor G. To enter the building's gym it costs 20,000 pesos per hour (that's why I don't include it as a service).

The Bocagrande area contains most of the city's tourist facilities, including hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and art galleries. It's situated between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west. Bocagrande has expansive beaches and a wide variety of commercial activity along Avenida San Martín.

Our guests have several options for getting around comfortably: On foot: The location is very central, so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and major tourist attractions. By taxi: Taxis are readily available in the area, and we can help you arrange one if needed. By car: If you prefer more comfort, you can rent a car or request a private transportation service. By motorcycle: Motorcycles are also commonly used for quick trips, and you'll find rental options nearby. Any of these options will allow you to explore Cartagena with ease and comfort.
