« First of all our initial stay was changed due to the house we booked being sold. The management company actually did a great job setting us up with another option. The issues came while we were at the house. Getting there was fine, we were able to get into the house without issue. There was no information or booklet though welcoming us. didn't have proper remotes for the TV, no wifi code & then no cell phone service. Then our refrigerator was broken and would not cool down. « The property is great. Cozy. Family friendly. Good location. A lot of stairs to the property so if you are not stair friendly, this is not a place for you. We were fine with it. Property management was very responsive when we had an issue with loud construction. We looked forward to QUIET time to rest out of the city and sadly the inconsiderate people upstairs thought it was appropriate to work until 11pm and start again at 5am on a weekend. Unbelievable. Hope this stops soon and doesn't affect...
