Nestled on the top floor, this beautifully appointed luxury 1-bedroom is the perfect couples retreat. Recently remodeled, this 1-bedroom sanctuary sleeps 2. It's walking distance to the new lake trail and just minutes from everything you will want to see and do. Luxurious linens, pillows, towels and the finest furnishings offer guests all of the amenities of a luxury hotel.

With its unique location as the only unit on the 3rd floor, it is flooded with natural light and offers a private sanctuary, both inside and out. A five-star experience.

WE ARE OPEN AND READY TO WELCOME YOU to this clean, luxurious 1-bedroom with its king-size bed. Our pro cleaning crew ensures the highest standards of cleanliness; surfaces sanitized, freshly laundered duvet covers, crisp hotel quality linens, a true resort experience within the comforts of home.

We've tried to think of everything that you may need in a vacation rental so you don't have to! Hair dryers, bathroom amenities, including shampoo & conditioner, are all available to you in case you forgot to pack something. The kitchen is stocked with single-serving olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dressings and condiments for your use. Laundry soap is available in case you need to do laundry during your stay. Our WiFi is Spectrum's 400 mbps and is strong throughout the condo.

Guest access
Our home is your home while you are with us. All we ask is that you adhere to the community rules, including leaving the hot tub when it closes.

Also, the hot tubs in our community are closed due to Covid 19. Once open, our guests will be provided with an access key (don't lose the key; the penalty is $100); it closes at 9pm.

Please note there is no air-conditioning in this unit, although fans are provided

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

The location and unit were outstanding. The unit was recently remodeled which was very well done. I would have rated this experience as 5 stars; however, there were no passes allocated for the local beaches within Incline Village which really nullified the great location of this condo. You could not access the beach amenities which were within walking distance of the condo. We did not know to ask prior to booking as there are other host that do offer passes for their guests. Yes, I appreciate now that there was language within the unit write up asking about beach access and I now understand a new policy went into effect May 31st; however, after several discussions with locals, punch cards can still be secured from your host if they desire to work the process. There are so many awesome activities to do while visiting Lake Tahoe. We were there for a week stay. It would have been nice to secure passes for 1 or 2 of those days. All in all, great week in Tahoe as it’s beautiful.

Well stocked, beautifully appointed and clean! The two outdoor seating areas are lovely to enjoy in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening with your favorite beverage. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the lake, restaurants, grocery store and a coffee shop. Very easy to check in and the host was very responsive. We arrived quite late and it was a nice, welcoming touch that the windows were open and the fans were on.

We spent 6 days at this beautiful condo in June. The condo was extremely clean, updated and well stocked. Location was very quiet and close to the lake as well as the small town center. I highly recommend this condo.

Great location, finding the unit was a little tough, directional signing could be better. Also unit is up 3 flights of stairs, so luggage and groceries take some effort to get up to the unit.

This condo is clean, beautiful, and within walking distance of restaurants, the lake, and grocery store if needed. The layout is spectacular and clearly organized with intention to make your stay relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dish ware you could possibly need, the bathroom has toiletries if you’ve forgotten anything, the bed & sofa bed are comfortable, and the outdoor seating is wonderful as the deck is private with great furniture. The unit is the top floor and it is stairs only (no elevator). I would suggest adding wash cloths (facial size), informing guests to bring keurig cups for coffee or add a French press & coffee grinder, and instructions for turning the fireplace on for those who don’t know how to operate that type of fireplace. I would also add softer, smaller pillows for the bed. The only issue we ran into was in receiving the code to enter the condo: we had to call the day of to get the codes but were able to get them quickly. Other than those minor things I would happily stay here again. Put it this way, if they were selling it I would buy it in a heartbeat.
