Réservez votre séjour à Carrubazza-Motta

Séjour de deux nuits au mois d'aout 2014.La salle de de bain est pourvue d'une douche minuscule, très inconfortable, et surtout sale. La salle de bain sentait l'urine! D'autre part sur le site de réservation cet hotel est répertorié à Lipari (ville), or il est à Cannetto ce qui a perturbé notre organisation.

Do yourself a favor: choose another hotel. Like several other reviews mention — and I can confirm — this hotel is sadly neglected and in a miserable state: broken shower door, ripped-off moldings, broken sun loungers, etc. The list is long! Cleanliness is poor: I found someone else's hair on the sink counter and on my bed at check-in. Old band-aids lay around the pool area for two days. A half-eaten, rotting apple was decomposing among the flowers on the room balcony. The balconies are filthy, the public toilets are dirty — and on and on. It’s a shame, because the location is good and the view is beautiful, but everything else shows a blatant lack of care — especially for the price. The internet doesn’t work — the Wi-Fi is extremely slow. I emailed them before my arrival to organize my trip and an excursion, and they took more than 10 days to reply — an unreasonable delay for customer service. Getting to the hotel is dangerous, with a steep slope and a 180-degree turn. At least they offer valet parking for €30 per night. I chose this hotel last minute because it was the only one available with a room for three people. But don’t make the same mistake — avoid this hotel.

Lieu très bien. Personnel très serviable. La localisation amène à devoir prendre la voiture (50mn à pieds du centre ville). Petit déjeuner très basique.
