« My plans changed so I only visited the property briefly. The living room and bedroom could use a thorough cleaning and updating. The back screened in patio not a very functional or clean space. »

« This place is a gem! The house is so clean and perfectly appointed. You can’t get a better location…walkable to so many restaurants and downtown. We spent a majority of our time on the huge covered deck. The host is very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this place is it. »

« Perfect location for a concert at Cats cradle or anything UNC Chapel Hill campus. Overall, the place was very nice and clean.The address in the listing was incorrect and took us to N. Greensboro instead of S. Greensboro. We contacted the property manager through VRBO and it took a while to hear back. Once they update the address on the listing, it will be fine. Overall, a good place to stay. »

« We had a friends reunion at this lovely place. Seamless check in, very responsive host who responded quickly to questions. Very clean home and bedrooms and baths, well supplied kitchen, quiet neighborhood, parking in driveway was easy (and free). Conveniently located near coffee shops and grocery stores, not at all far from center of Chapel Hill. Would stay here again enthusiastically! »

« A great place to stay! The home was beautiful and rich in culture. On the walls were wonderful pictures and blurbs detailing the significance of the people and local history. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of mugs, dishes and silverware (enough for 12). Across the street is Brandwein's Bagels that taste like they came from NY. We walked one block to Franklin Street where we explored the UNC campus, ate and shopped. We hope to be back soon. »
