We offer TVs in each room for time together and apart. A gaming room itself offers a 44-inch tv for group movie night, connected to a 11S console (over 3,000 games!!!)! If that’s not enough for you- don’t worry we have an arcade 1 up , soccer table game, air hockey table.
The kitchen boasts a clean, updated, and fully equipped environment for all your dream meals, or pop across the open-floor plan and sit at the dining table with your take-out from one of Carpentersville many restaurants. we included a charcoal grill for you to use just cleaned after you use it and bring your own charcoal.
If the weather screams “come outside and enjoy me” our back yard has an outdoor toasty firepit begging to be used (just bring your onw firewood )for yourself to enjoy
Make your trip home easier by using our laundry and included detergent to wash your garments the night before you head back.

*You'll have access to whole house . *Please bring clean shoes or sandals to use inside of the bedrooms.
*The cleaning closet in the gaming room is locked .

Really nice neighborhood.. the heart of Carpentersville and just 7-9 minutes away from Interstate 90, which takes you straight to O'Hare Airport and downtown.
Many restaurants within 5 minutes, WALMART and 7eleven...

Walmart, 7eleven, fresh market, postal office, in les the then 3 mills

On the day prior of arrival, a personal entry code will be sent.
House is sanitized between each customer for ultimate safety and enjoyable stays.
*No candles ,confetti or glitter allowed..
*Any damages or missing items, furniture and electronics is subject to fines equivalent to replacing the item as well.
*You are welcome to use everything in the house but please clean it after you're done using them.
*Do not move the furniture..
*Please acknowledge that we may leave consumables such as drinks, condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire to consume these items but we do not take any responsibility for any allergies or hazards related.

*We are trying to accommodate your entire group, please reserve for everyone, Otherwise your reservation would be canceled without refund.
*The Only people in your reservation are the only ones allowed to be in the house.
*No Parties, events or gatherings allowed , music is permitted at an acceptable volume considerate to neighbors, your reservation would be canceled without refund.
*Parking is only on the driveway .
If you break any of my house rules I will have to cancel your reservation without any refund.


Check out is at 10:00 am..
*For every 5 minutes late check out would be a charge of $20.00 (This is what my cleaners charge for)
Before checking out please
*Take out the garbage to the big container by the garage,
*Load the dishwasher and start the cycle.
*Start the cycle on the towels (Please don't use bleach )
*The beds that you use, please leave them unmade that way, my cleaning team will figure out which ones need to be washed.
* In case you have any pets you are responsible for cleaning..

WE understand ACCIDENTS happen and we are trying to serve every guest with all the essentials we have on our listing, if anything breaks or stops working (not meter if it is on a spoon ) let us know asap that way we can try to get it for our next guess. This is not about making money, it is all about serving all my guests with all the amenities that we provide.
