It is called an ?oasis? because its outdoor spaces are much more than just a landscaped garden?they are a true park designed to make your time outdoors perfect and unforgettable.
In addition to the pool, there is a comfortable sun deck, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, an automatic gate, and on-site parking.
The villa is fully equipped with the latest amenities: air conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, a TV, mosquito screens, an alarm system, and video surveillance.
Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens are well-equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc.

The ?oasis??the outdoor area surrounding the 40-square-meter pool?is the true highlight of this villa.
Its spacious and meticulously maintained outdoor areas are designed for sunbathing on comfortable loungers and plush cushions, between dips in the pool. You can prepare delicious meals in the shade of the pergola, which is equipped with a dining area and outdoor kitchen, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and barbecue.
Finally, you can relax on the spacious veranda, furnished with elegant seating, a table, and chairs?ideal for outdoor dinners?which also features a barbecue for grilling under the stars to the sound of crickets on cool summer evenings.
The interiors of Villa Marevento are designed to ensure maximum privacy for all guests.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms?one with a window overlooking the garden, the other with direct access to the outdoors?and 1 quadruple bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out double bed, featuring a private en suite bathroom and a view of the garden.
All rooms offer a pleasant view of the garden.
Rounding out the interior spaces is the living area, a spacious open-concept space where the living room and kitchen are clearly separated. This area also includes a guest bathroom (sink and toilet).

Villa Marevento is located in the countryside of Carovigno, in the province of Brindisi, an area characterized by olive groves and Mediterranean countryside that gradually slopes down toward the Adriatic Sea, along the coastline where the beach of the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve unfolds.
Carovigno, with all its main amenities, is just a few minutes away by car. It?s well worth exploring its medieval town center, including a visit to the Norman Dentice di Frasso Castle and a stroll through the ?nchiosce??the narrow, whitewashed alleys of its historic center.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 200 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
