The villa with trulli and pool is located in the countryside of Carovigno, in the province of Brindisi, just a few minutes by car from the beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Sea.
In addition to the pool, there are barbecue, outdoor shower and solarium in the garden.
The villa is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, electric oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher etc.
Villa Irma offers up to 6 beds. Pets are allowed.

Villa Irma is a fully fenced villa with a large equipped garden that offers several relaxing areas to spend unforgettable vacations in Puglia.
The green of the lush nature, the fruit and olive trees, the blue of the Apulian sky blend perfectly with the ancient stones that form the villa, consisting of a trullo, a lamia and an ancient oven.
Thepool area is complete with sunbeds, umbrellas and a lovely gazebo with cushions.
The villa is introduced by a shaded veranda with canopies and equipped for outdoor dining.
The interiors of Villa Irma are introduced by a living room with dining room, well-equipped kitchenette, small living room with sofa in the niche of the trullo, 3 bedrooms of which 2 doubles and one twin that can become a double when necessary. The interior is completed by 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shower.

Villa Irma stands in the countryside of Carovigno, a lovely town with a medieval historic center and all the main services.
The villa is just a few minutes` drive from the award-winning beaches of Carovigno. The location is the perfect starting point for exploring the Valle d`Itria.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The second bathroom has no shower.
- Air conditioning in the dining room and in the halllway.
- Pool towel on request euro 10 per person per week to be paid on site.
