Trulli di Uma is a beautiful original trullo, completely renovated, for rent as a luxury villa with swimming pool and sleeps 4 for vacations in Puglia, in the green countryside of Carovigno.
The trullo is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, kitchen complete with electric oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
In the fully fenced garden, in addition to the swimming pool with solarium there are outdoor shower, barbecue area. Pets allowed.

An automatic gate gives access to Tenuta di Uma, the large estate of which both the trullo and the villa are part, autonomous and independent of each other. Walking down a long driveway, you reach the pedestrian gate from which you access the trullo garden.
In front of the gate is the parking area pertaining to the trullo.
Trulli di Uma has apool areafurnished with sun loungers for the solarium, equipped with an outdoor shower and with an outdoor bathroom.
The pool view pergola is furnished for outdoor dining, dining and relaxing, and is equipped with barbecue and outdoor kitchenette.
The interiors consist of a characteristic living room with 1 double sofa bed, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with separate entrance and 1 shower room.
The surroundings of Trullo di Uma in Carovigno
Trullo di Uma stands in a scenic area, in the lush countryside of Puglia, between the town of Carovigno and the Adriatic Sea.
The center of Carovigno, where all the main services are located, is just 4 km away. The nearest beaches can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
The location makes it possible to explore the most beautiful towns in the area, such as Ostuni only 10 km away, and Mesagne less than 20 km away.
 
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 250, payable on-site. 
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Entrance gate shared with another Villa.
- Second external service bathroom.
- Trulli have no air conditioning.
