Villa La Bianca Ostuni, with its two trullo cones characteristic of the Valle d`Itria, stands in the green countryside, surrounded by a large garden with majestic trees.
In addition to the beautiful swimming pool with solarium, there are relaxation corners, equipped spaces for outdoor dining, all the amenities to spend peaceful outdoor vacations.
A large veranda is equipped for outdoor dining, with a wood-burning oven and barbecue for cheerful evenings and barbecues with friends. Outside there is also 1 full and spacious bathroom , equipped with laundry.
The structure consists of an ancient two-cone trullo, completely renovated, and a new part, a perfect combination of historical charm and modern comforts.
In the older part of the villa are the kitchen and dining room.
The new area of Villa La Bianca Ostuni is introduced by a living room with 1 double sofa bed. A hallway leads toward 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin with pull-out bed. Completing the house is 1 shower room.
Cars can be parked inside, in the shade of a gazebo. The property is completely fenced by dry stone wall. The whole villa is finished with mosquito nets and curtains.

Villa La Bianca Ostuni is a beautiful vacation villa with trulli and swimming pool in the countryside of the Valle d`Itria, in the territory of Ostuni, but also very close to the town of Carovigno.
The residential area is dotted with villas and trulli, and the view is enchanting. The center of Carovigno is about 2.5 km away, while Ostuni is only 5 km away.
In less than an hour`s drive you can reach the enchanting trulli of the historic center of Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage town.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 70 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning just in the double rooms.
- The fireplace cannot be turned on.
