Gather the whole group at this oceanfront duplex with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and room to sleep 10. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a spacious dining area, and the living room has several seating areas. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a separate shower and a Jacuzzi-style soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has two custom bunk queens plus a queen, and Bedroom 3 has a queen. Enjoy sunrise and sunset views from the oceanfront deck.



The Space:

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a glass cooktop and a spacious dining area, and the living room has several seating areas for everyone to relax. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a separate shower and a Jacuzzi-style soaking tub. The second bedroom has a custom built-in bunk bed with two queen bunks plus an extra queen bed, which is great for kids and groups. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Step out onto the oceanfront deck for sunrise and sunset views.



There is shared beach access right in front of the home for easy beach access. This home also offers in unit washer and dryer. This location is just minutes from downtown shopping, dining, and summertime fireworks.



Guest Access:

This is a duplex. This unit is private from the one above and is the entire first level and half the second.



There is an elevator.



Other Things to Note:

We also supply the following for each property:

A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay



There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
