Located in the heart of Carolina beach, Pearl Paradise is a BRAND NEW townhome and only 2 blocks (3 min walk) from the beach. Some of the key amenities offered include:

About the space:

Brand new modern townhome with high end furniture. 2 blocks from the beach with easy beach access. GOLF CART included for free!Essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, linens and pillows included. Outdoor shower and two deck areas. Plenty of beach chairs and beach accessories.

On the ground floor, there is a private space with a king bedroom, full bath and kitchenette. Two more bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor (one king bed and one queen bed). The final queen bedroom is located on the third floor adjacent to the kitchen & living room space. Every bedroom comes with its own full bathroom! The house has two additional twin trifold memory foam mattresses that can sleep two additional adults. Decks are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Internet and WiFi:
Fast wireless internet with triband mesh WiFi (Speeds pictured). Password and access provided at check-in. Streaming video services including Disney+, Netflix, Hulu and ESPN+ are provided on all TV’s.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, cookware, cutting boards and spices

Miscellaneous
We will provide you with a few tide pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and K-cups and tea for your first morning's coffee. This will get you started on your first day before a grocery store run.

Finally, a propane grill is available but guests will need to purchase a propane tank. Can be purchased at Carolina Petro, only a few blocks down from the house.

Great house great location

You can’t beat this location to the beach and places to eat. Golf cart usage is an excellent amenity along with the elevator. We enjoyed our stay at Pearl paradise.

Stayed a full week. The house is spacious, with plenty of room to both gather and have someprivacy. The location is excellent with easy access to everything. Having the golf cart included is soooo convenient. The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook for a crowd. Overall a very nice place

Family Vacation

The place was very clean on arrival. Host was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. The elevator was convenient for our grandmother to use during our stay. The walk to the beach wasn’t a far walk but definitely recommend renting the golf cart as it made transporting chairs and coolers a lot easier. Loved that they supplied a beach wagon and extra chairs. Everyone stated the beds were comfortable, the restaurants were great, and a short driving to downtown Wilmington for more exploring. Overall had a fantastic family vacation.

Plenty of Space for Everyone

This is the ideal space for a large family. Kitchen was stocked perfectly for cooking all meals and located on the top floor. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was a true game changer. The downstairs main area was perfect for the family with kids, as they were able to spread out comfortably and it led to the back patio area. The garage had every beach amenity needed so no need to include when packing. Beach was a 2 block walk and I can't wait to rent the place again next year!

Great place, Amazing location

Location is key with this property - it was an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to the action in Carolina Beach. If you're going to town regularly, I strongly suggest adding the golf cart. Having the local parking sticker helped out tremendously. The house itself is new, clean and very well maintained inside and out. Each room had a private bathroom which was really nice, but the star of the show is the master bath shower. We cooked most meals and had everything we needed. The elevator was a nice touch for getting our bags up and down floors and could be very helpful for anyone who has trouble getting up or down stairs. The host was amazing - simple check in/out instructions and quick, helpful communication. We had one tiny issue (dead battery in the front door lock - obviously not their fault or anything they could have foreseen) during our stay that was handled very quickly and easily....and on a Sunday afternoon! We will be back soon and we will absolutely rent this property again. 10/10

Gorgeous modern home close to the beach

The home is beautiful and has several useful amenities ( elevator, golf cart, collapsible wagon to haul stuff, beach tent cover, beach chairs, etc.). Get the golf cart as it can park in most places with no added costs as it’s registered parking. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Note that man next door is really rude about parking and his space. He warned the walls were thin and he could hear. We were never loud or noisy. He was just trying to set the rules. His wife is nice. Wish there was a community pool. Had a chirping issue with the smoke detector/fire alarm going off during our stay and Susan was extremely helpful in resolving issue. Would recommend this place even though the rude neighbor and no community pool!
