Great place and location!

The property was clean and looked just like the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the quiet but real close to the beach location. The owner was very responsive as well. I miss it already! Would definitely stay there again. Darryl & Family!

Great unit for a family

Even with a single bathroom, my family of 4 had a great time in this rental. The layout meant our teenage sons shared a room which created quality time for them to talk and laugh in a shared room again! The owner was immediately responsive to the 2 small issues that arose and fixed them within 30mins. The location is wonderful and close to the beach and restaurants but also in a quiet residential area. We’ll definitely book here in the future.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property. The owner is very prompt with communication and answering questions. The location is great. Very close to beach and quick walking distance to some restaurants and ice cream. The property was clean and as described. I would have to agree with another reviewer that I found the bed to be hard. It's a memory foam bed I believe, it's just not my preference. But my kids said their beds were very comfortable. They also said the outdoor showers were great for after the beach. There are 2, they have hot water and great pressure. They preferred the outdoor showers. We made use of the provided beach chairs as well. Upon check out, I would just say to be sure you are ready to check out at 10, the house cleaner was pretty prompt. Overall, I will consider booking this property again next year! Thank you!

When we arrived the unit was dirty, no cleaners had come yet and the check in time was 4pm, we arrived at 4:15pm and the owner said to wait for at least 2 more hrs to get in to go get diner and was his treat, is been almost a week and he never got back to me after I sent the receipt, the only bathroom sink was clogged, the cleaners used a dirty mop and the just cleaned apartment smell awful. The remote for the tv had non working batteries.

Beautiful and spacious house near the beach

Awesome house within about a block from the beach. Very spacious downstairs unit offered living room with 2 sofas and kitchen with all the necessities and granite countertops. 2 outdoor showers were perfect for everyone after a day at the beach. We were very pleased and found the house to work out for us better than expected. Very friendly and accommodating host was responsive and extra helpful!

Perfect beach house

We loved our weekend stay at this perfect beach house. Not only was it immaculate but It is conveniently located, only steps away from the beach. Could not have asked for more! Would definitely stay there again.

Great place!

Super close walk to a public access, it was a little far to walk to the boardwalk and restaurants when it's so hot and everyone's tired. We drove to get food but then finding parking was kinda frustrating. Wish we had bikes. Other than that the place was great, clean, super nice. We had a great time!

Great location

Great location - just a couple blocks from the beach. Great place for me and two of my friends. Outside showers were super nice and although we didn't use them, there were a wagon full of toys and beach chairs available for use. May come back with my family next time!

Should have read the reviews first.

This property though clean definitely needed some work. The Fossett systems in the bathroom did not work properly, the ceiling fans made so much noise you couldn’t sleep and we were led to believe there was an upstairs with a balcony we did not know we were stuck in the basement of the building. Definitely a little overpriced for what it was unfortunately, but we made the best of it.

We had a great vacation! The was interior was clean, nicely decorated, and had the essentials. The process for booking the rental was seamless. It's a short and pleasant walk to the beach, the neighbors were friendly, and the area is quiet - even during the busy times. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great lovation

Great house, nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable bedding! I would definitely stay here again. This was a perfect house for a long weekend get away. My teenage daughter and 2 of her friends fit perfectly in the bunk/queen combo room. Great short walk to the beach.
