Enjoy morning walks to the Tiki Hut pier, bike rides to downtown restaurants, shops, fairs, and festivals, or take a quick 5‑minute drive to picturesque Kure Beach.

There were 9 in our group, and this property was the perfect size. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and appliances. The beach was easily within walking distance and there was plenty of beach equipment supplied. Great rental!

Can’t wait to stay again!

My family and I were very comfortable here during our trip and plan to make this recurrent visit. It was truly a home away from home. All the beds are comfortable, it seemed clean overall, and the entire place is very well appointed. The photographs are accurate, however, one little treat that isn’t pictured is a charming set of string lights in the outside recreation/parking area that we did not get to take advantage of. There is a nice outdoor shower making it convenient to rinse away sand after returning from the beach, which is only a couple blocks away. I felt respected and like the host truly cared about our comfort, and that is not always the case. My only complaint is that the bunk bed room gets very warm as the summer sun rises, but I think that could be remedied by a nice set of black out curtains. Previous reviews mention there was only 1 tv (there are currently three) and that the master tub needs replacing (it is not brand new but it was fine for us).

First time to Carolina Beach

The home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The host has thought of every detail to make our visit the best it could be. Our family ranges from 1 year old to well a more seasoned age and each one of us found the home accommodating, conveniently located and just what our family needed for our first trip to Carolina Beach.

Great time at the beach!

Great property just a few blocks from the beach. Well kept and comfortable and came just as advertised. We really enjoyed the convenience of being able to cook our own meals in the well appointed kitchen and having just a short stroll to the beach. The only thing I would change is making the outdoor shower have .ore water pressure and a bit more privacy!

Lovely Beach house

This was a lovely beach house with a nice location. It was a short enough straight walk to the beach. The provided wagon and beach chairs were a plus. The house was beautiful and the host communication was great. There are great views of the sunset from the house. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of things to be aware of. There is only one TV in the house and the sun is bright in the morning which makes for an early day.

Lovely home for a wonderful vacation

A lovely home with all the amenities you could need. The beach wagon, chairs and boogie board make the short walk to the beach easy, peasy. We rented a golf cart too which was fun for trips to the carnival, for ice cream or souvenir shopping. We truly enjoyed this home. There are stairs if that's a concern.

Steps away from the ocean

I recently stayed at the Carolina Beach rental on Swordfish Lane, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for daily beach outings. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local attractions and dining options. The amenities provided at the rental were top-notch. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The interior was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the property manager was seamless and efficient. They were incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions we had. Their attentiveness to our needs made the entire stay stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this Carolina Beach rental on Swordfish Lane. It offers an unbeatable combination of location, amenities, and excellent service. We will definitely be returning for future vacations!

Amazing stay, close to the beach

Gorgeous home with 4 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, plenty of room for our whole family. Well appointed, lovely finishes, the washer and dryer upstairs was an added bonus. Truly close to the beach, less than 3 blocks (probably half of a real city block), and right at Ocean drive access. The beach wagon and chairs were a plus also. Overall really loved our stay.
