Pier dining and drinks across the street. Contactless entrance. Pool seasonal . Grill area and picnic tables. Linens are provided. Pack your bags



The Space:

Comfy living room with couch loveseat and chair. Enjoy the heated electric fireplace in winter or unheated in summer. Books, cards movies available. Work station with desk and comfy chair. Dining area which can double as a second work area if needed. Full kitchen and cooking dishes and utensils. Queen size bed with ultra soft 1800 count microfiber sheets. Bathroom with tub and amenities. Spacious front porch and back porch with Laundry closet



Guest Access:

Whole condo with 2 porches and Laundry closet available to guest. Pool for condo members and guest code to pool in unit. Pool opens around the end of May through September. The 2 owners locked closets and a garage are not available



The Neighborhood:

North end of Carolina Beach by Freeman park and beach right by condo , beautiful marsh views with bird watching from back porch. Close to restaurants and shopping.



Getting Around:

2 free parking spots for unit at condo other parking in Carolina Beach is paid parking. Uber available in area



Other Things to Note:

Please make sure you leave your parking passes on the counter when you leave each lost pass is a $50 charge each. Entry code will be sent to you the day of check in
