« Property was as advertised. Affordable, clean and well stocked with the essentials. We were in town to visit the Baseball HOF and need a 2-night stay. We were all satisfied with the property. »

« Gorgeous and relaxing place to stay! »

« We had an amazing stay! everything is exactly as listed! looking forward to staying in the future! »

« Perfect stay near family. We were able to stay 2 lovely nights in this beautiful home. Comfortable double bed with washer and dryer. King size bed in the master. Upstairs and downstairs bathroom was convenient. »

« Great accommodations for any getaway. There is enough to do right at the Pulpit House, you don't even need to plan other entertainment. Our family has stayed in many VRBO rentals and this is by far our favorite, just because of the convenience and atmosphere. There is dining and a small convenience store in very short walking distance, as well as a park for children. We highly recommend a stay here, and plan to return. »

« Beautiful. Very quiet and private. Pictures didn't do it justice. A great weekend getaway for us and the pups! »

« This is just the cutest camp close to all the amenities Speculator has to offer! The beds were comfy, great water pressure so nice showers, and the camp was cool with the air conditioning even in the unseasonably warm temperatures the ADK was experiencing the week we were there. The only things on my wish list were a microwave and a little more storage for food (no pantry or empty shelves) and any type of closet for clothes! « Beautiful place in a beautiful area. Great communication and responsiveness by host. Amenities as described. Would highly recommend. »

« Overall, we enjoyed our stay. But the outdoors needs work. Positive: -Easy Check-in, they even let us arrive an hour early. -Inside was clean, inviting and stocked with towels.-Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except sharp knives, but I picked up a sharpener and left it for the next guests. -The indoor space was as described. -The outside front porch was cleanNegative: -The "Steps" to the dock are a huge accident waiting to happen. The rocks are loose and there are no longer steps...

« Perfect size for a couple. Very clean, good amenities. »

« We had a great time in our lake-side vacation. 7 adults were able to spread out in the spacious house. The beach had plenty of room for swimming and we used all 4 available kayaks. There was also plenty of dry wood for fires on the beach. One kitchen was large enough to cook for several people and was fully stocked. The second kitchen was smaller but was perfect for making coffee in the morning. One downside to the spacious house was that the Wifi was very spotty as to be nonfunctional. So if...

« This house looks and feels just like the pictures. Nice kitchen and great dinner table for our group. This area of NY is captivating with all the lakes and wilderness for riding a motorcycle and im sure fishing and hiking. When at this house you'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Then pull out of the driveway take a left go 500 yes and everything you need. Charlie John's has everything you need at a very reasonable price and the Mrg delivered our groceries to the house because we were...
