To the outside of the property is off road parking for one car and a lawned garden with patio, decking and furniture. Located in stunning countryside, Old Crow Trees Barn is a fabulous cottage in a fabulous part of the country.



The Neighborhood:

The quiet village of Melling, in the lovely Lune Valley, is bordered by the famous Lake District to the north, and the Yorkshire Dales to the east. A delightful village situated close to where the River Wenning joins the River Lune. Nearby Hornby Castle is set on a high hill overlooking the river. Consisting of a scattering of traditional stone built houses, a beautiful Norman church and several 'undiscovered' quiet walks around the village and other, more frequented walks and places of interest close by.
