« The Inn was in good order, the staff were pleasant and efficient. Our evening meal was good and the choices available were good. The room was clean and tidy although small.
The wash basin was inconveniently small and we were unable to get hot water out of the tap ; we ran it for a long time but it remained stubbornly cold! I resorted to boiling the kettle so that I could shave. The hot water supplied to the shower was okay.

« I had a really nice stay at this guesthouse. It is kind of old-fashioned, but not rundown. A lot of decorations reminiscent of Carmarthen's past as well as of the place itself. A place you could maybe have found the same 30 or 40 years ago and well-maintained eversince. I really loved the mood.
Also, the owners are really super nice, kind and welcoming. A good traditional cooked breakfast is served in the morning.
Go there if you like old-style UK and want to support independent owners. I would...

« Nice little hut, very small kitchen space (1 person only), nice sized shower with toilet and wash basin, nice comfortable bed. highlight for me was the hot tub perfect to relax in and in peace and quiet surround by trees and a little river at the bottom of the garden.
