« First time staying here. Booked a last minute stay for 1 night with my husband and son. Communication through email was great, no complaints! Easy to get too and access the property. Inside was clean and cosy. Everything you needed in the bathroom. Kitchen was good, note there isn't an oven which caught us out (we didnt think to check). Enough plates/cutlery/mugs/glasses/pans. Very nice touch with the log fire and fairy lights on the ceiling. Sofa bed was comfy and lovely to cwtch on to watch...

« Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. »

« We had the best time staying at Dee’s place. The annex was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We were very happy to have this as our base for exploring Pembrokeshire. Communication ahead of the stay was great and we were given clear directions for accessing the property. Lovely and peaceful little neighbourhood and only a 5 minute drive from beautiful Saundersfoot. Dee was so friendly, offered suggestions of places to visit more further afield (Porthgain, Blue Lagoon and St David’s)...
