Chalets à Carlton

« Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is a great setup for a large family, the beds were very comfortable, and the kids had a blast using the kayaks. We would absolutely consider staying here again because the location and layout were exactly what we were looking for. There were a few areas that could be improved. At check-in, I had to reach out to request the door code because it hadn’t been sent automatically. It also took some time to locate information about the property since...

« La chambre était vaste et propre ainsi que la salle de bain. Le personnel était aimable. Il y avail un micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur et une cafetière mis à disposition dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est bien présenté, les produits sont frais et de qualité. Le parking est grand. La connexion wifi est excellente. La climatisation est bruyante, impossible de la faire fonctionner la nuit si l'on veut bien dormir. »

« Overall the place and amenities was nice. The concern was cleanliness. There was so much long hair from another person ( both my husband and I are bald) that we had to clean the toilets, sinks, shower, etc and still didn’t get the floor which was really bad in the bathroom. The kitchen was incredible and the the experience otherwise was great; my hope is they just forgot to sweep and clean the bathroom a little more. »

« Very beautiful property, reasonable price, clean & stocked home with hot water & a sauna! Very fast communication & friendly, accommodating hosts. Everything we needed for a quick, relaxing getaway. Thank you! »

« Conveniently located and nicely remodeled, our unit had everything we needed. The deskless service went smoothly and I was able to reach someone to provide information to them. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight. »

« This is an amazing VRBO! The house is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, organized and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and the entire house was clean and welcoming! The treehouse and screened in porch were wonderful! The location had easy access to trails and a really quick drive to Jay Cooke for more trails. We were able to work remotely with great internet service. Our stay was in July, but we would also love to stay here over the winter months with close access to...

« cet établissements a besoin d etre rénové. Sale de bain avec moisissure et tapis dans les chambre taché.. le prix est excessif pour l état de l'établissement. C.Moreau »

« Excellent accueil, chambre confortable »

« The bathroom in our room was filthy! There were visible short and curly dark hairs in and around our shower, along with a pile of dirt/debris. The soap shelf was dirty. Their was visible dust on the alarm clock and lamp(s) and visible dirt on the tile entryway and debris on the carpet; making it obvious that they didn’t vacuum, sweep or dust. I went down to the front desk to let them know and Tim the desk clerk was mortified and offered us another room right next door. I went to check out that...

« She noticed my knee problem and put us on 1 st floor. I was very thankful. »
