There are three 4K TVs, a hot tub for 6, BBQ, and all the necessities you could need for a day at the beach.
The space

- 3 TVs with Netflix and Hulu! A 70" in the living room, 60" in the kitchen, and 65" in the bedroom for all your movie or TV show family needs.
- Beach necessities: towels, umbrella, chairs, kid's toys, bodyboards.
- Solar panels to completely power the house
Guest access
The whole house is yours! Only a part of the garage is used for keeping some personal belongings and cleaning supplies.
Other things to note
There is a train that passes by very close to the home. If you are very sensitive to sound, I wouldn't advise staying at my place. They typically don't run past 10pm, some instances of a train passing by at midnight is possible, but no later than that.

No swimming is allowed in the pond outside. We bear no responsibility for injuries, damages, or deaths incurred due to breaking this rule. Guests who break this rule enter the backyard pond fenced area at their own risk. The ring buoy is for emergency use only, not to be used as a toy or recreational device in any pool or hot tub.

The property has a single security camera up front facing the street. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
