“The staff was so seeet & kind! But…….
I used Expedia to book a one night stay for a job I had in San Diego when I booked online. I had a king room with the sofa bed however, upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk that they would have to downgrade me to a two queen’s room. Ok, no problem. I accept it however, when I got upstairs to my room and lugged all of my luggage, when I went to open the door, the maid came after me saying, “ no this room is not clean stop” she sends me back downstairs to the front desk, where I’m given a new room, only this time when I head up to my new room the room number on the paper says 342 and not 341 so I’m trying to get into 342 and it’s not working.
I head back downstairs and I see a phone on the way so I called the front desk and I finally figure out that my room is 341 I get inside my room and I realize it’s a handicap room ( no offense to handicap or disabled people). Everything was so short, I had to keep bending and it was a bit frustrating,
plus the room was so dusty like no one had stayed in there for a long time.
And ….I went to pick up the phone to call down to ask a question and the phone was so dusty.
What in the bologna?
It was just a less than perfect moment and then I ended up in a room that was right over the front entrance so I could just hear everybody coming in and out, all the conversations just constantly going on for my whole stay, I’m not saying that was a bad thing, but it’s just something to consider.
