The home accommodates up to 7 guests across three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, family, dining, and game rooms. The sleeping arrangement includes one king bed, one queen bed, and two double beds. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, there's room to spread out while still enjoying comfortable shared spaces.

One of the home's standout features is the dedicated ocean-view workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, a monitor and stand-up desk, making it easy to work remotely without giving up the coastal setting. When it's time to relax, enjoy the private garage gym, game room with Nintendo Switch 2, Smart TVs, and comfortable living spaces.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, double oven, cooktop, microwave, cookware, bakeware, dishes and flatware, wine glasses, cocktail supplies, blender, toaster, electric kettle, and a quality coffee setup with both single-serve and carafe brewing.

For beach days, beach towels, boogie boards, wagon, chairs, coolers, and beach toys are provided. Back at the home, relax on one of three patios, use the BBQ, and enjoy the ocean views.

Additional conveniences include air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer, bedroom and living-area fans, bed linens, bath and makeup towels, extra pillows and blankets, luggage racks, ironing supplies and steamer, quality blow dryers, a private entrance, and a private two-car garage. Each bedroom includes a sound machine and chargers on the nightstands. Guests may also use designated guest parking on the property or available free street parking.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. The home is intended to be an easy, comfortable stay, with no checkout chore list for guests.

Coastal Location, Road Noise, and Construction
The home is located directly on Carlsbad Boulevard, part of the historic Pacific Coast Highway coastal route. This prime location provides easy beach access and sweeping ocean views, but it also means you'll hear roadway traffic throughout the day and evening, including occasional loud vehicles at night. Guests who are particularly sensitive to road noise may want to keep this in mind when booking.

The City of Carlsbad is completing beach stair and sidewalk improvements along Carlsbad Boulevard between Pine and Tamarack Avenues. Phase 2 is scheduled to resume after Labor Day with completion in May 2027.

During construction, guests may notice construction activity, equipment, signage, sidewalk closures, and traffic impacts along Carlsbad Boulevard. Traffic through the work area may be reduced to one lane in each direction, and portions of the upper sidewalk may be closed.

Construction is scheduled Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, excluding holidays.

Beach access remains open at Maple Avenue and Tamarack Avenue during construction, each about an approximate 5-minute walk from the condo.
