« Close to the ocean though you must navigate lots of stairs or take a mile away ramp to avoid the stairs. Room and bathroom are clean and decent but are becoming very dated and need refreshing (carpet, flooring, paint). Staff are courteous. At 9pm our family were finishing a game of cards in the common room away from guest rooms and were told it was the silent hour now, Saturday night. Yet at 11pm there were loud people (adults and kids) running in the hallways laughing and having a grand time. »

« The hotel is well maintained, and the room is clean. Morning and evening staff is friendly too. Nothing to complain. However, the room that I got, 403 (if I am not mistaken) is facing the freeway. There is a window looking at the Hwy 5 too. Man, it is noisy. The wall or window is not thick enough, i guess. Sound/noise bounce off from the hotel courtyard to enter the room from the door too. « Tout était propre. Quelques traces de brûlures sur le couvre lit. La situation était très bien entre los angeles et San Diego. Le monsieur de l’accueil gentil. La chambre était grande avec une cuisine micro ondes évier gaziniere. La salle de bain très propre. Juste le train qui passe klaxonne c’est marrant. On ne l’entends pas la nuit. Juste avant de s’endormir et le matin. »
