Excellent!

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment excellent dans cette magnifique maison, très propre et très bien équipée. Tout est conforme à la description ou mieux! Le calme et l'espace qu'offre l'extraordinaire plage de sable fin au bout du jardin sont un vrai luxe! Nous n'avons pas du tout été gênés par l’habitant de l'autre maison, de la famille de la propriétaire. Paola est une hôte très accueillante et prévenante, nous avons bénéficié d'un délicieux repas pour notre 1er soir et de divers approvisionnements qui ont facilité notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter et espérons y revenir!

Belle villa avec un accès direct à la plage

La villa est mieux que sur les photos (elle a été rénovée récemment) très confortable pour 4 à 6 adultes et quelques enfants. L'accueil de Paola (et sa famille) est très chaleureux et diverses provisions (fruits/eaux/fromage/bière/vin/confiture/lait/ etc...) rendent l'arrivée plus facile. La villa est parfaitement entretenue et extrêmement propre, il y a de belles vues sur mer des 2 chambres principales. Il n'y avait personne dans l'autre villa partageant l'accès à la plage et nous avons été tranquilles. Un petit bémol pour le gardien (commun à plusieurs villas) qui a un peu manqué de discrétion à notre goût et pour les quelques méduses qui ont limité nos baignades. Une voiture est indispensable car il n'y a pas de village immédiatement à côté, Catane est à 20 min environ et Syracuse 30 min.

Très jolie maison de charme très très bien située, propriétaires aux petits soins

La maison est conforme à la description. Elle est très proche de la plage privée , sur laquelle on dispose d une protection pour le soleil si l on souhaite. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par les propriétaires et leur fille qui tout au long du séjour ont répondu présent lors de nos sollicitations. La maison est très bien située en étant proche de catane Bref rien à redire si ce n est que de vous la conseiller

Un séjour idyllique

Un grand merci à Paola et Sebastiano pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité, leur générosité et leur gentillesse. Une maison où rien ne manque, même le frigidaire était plein ! Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la mer, l'ombre de la paillotte, les transats, la brise marine qui nous faisait supporter la canicule. Une adresse a recommander à coût sur. Magnifique maison dans un cadre exceptionnel

Paola et son mari Sebastiano nous ont accueillis comme des rois ! Ils sont d’une grande disponibilité, très généreux et le contact était très agreable ! La maison est sécurisée, décorée avec soin et très propre. Je ne peux que recommander de louer leur villa qui est au calme à proximité de Catania. Idéal pour deux grandes familles.

Villa confortable et situation exceptionnelle

La villa de Paola et Nuccio est très agréable avec toutes les commodites et accessoires qu'on pourrait avoir besoin(Ils ont mis la TV satellite pour qu'on suive les élections françaises). Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et nous avions le diner préparé et le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. Nous remercions vivement Paola et Nuccio pour leur accueil et leur écoute.Ils nous ont fait des suggestions très pertinentes pour les visites touristiques.Grace à eux nous avons passé un remarquable séjours . Tout ce qui est mentionné dans le site est exacte.

Amazing home away from home.

First of all Paola was so inviting upon our arrival with fresh fruits, Gelato drinks. The home sits on a manicured property pristine landscape with beautiful patio furniture and plenty of seating for a large family. The home is fully renovated plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable bedding newly renovated bathrooms and plenty of room in the dining and living space. The AC was amazing for us Americans . The home itself sits on a property which is beach front your own oasis with a private setting no crowds at all only home owners which makes this property amazing. The home also has private parking for your car. Paola also includes beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and more. Did i mention the views from the bedrooms watching the sunrise was beautiful. Thank you very much we will see you soon again.

Villa am Strand

Wir haben das Haus bereits mehrfach besucht, so auch dieses Jahr im Oktober und wir wissen warum. Größe, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses und des gepflegten mediterranen Gartens beeindrucken uns immer wieder. Die Gartentür öffnet sich und Sie stehen am kilometerlangen Strand mit Blick auf den Ätna. Nicht zuletzt die direkte und herzliche Betreuung durch den Gastgeber lassen uns immer wieder einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub dort verbringen. Unsere Grüße gehen nach Sizilien zu Paola und Ihrer Familie

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit Blick auf den Ätna

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus, Garten und am Strand sehr genossen. Die Fotos und die Beschreibungen treffen genau zu. Wir sind am Anreisetag sehr spät angekommen, dennoch hat uns die Besitzerfamilie herzlich in Empfang genommen und der Kühlschrank war bereits gut gefüllt. So konnten wir entspannt in die Ferien starten. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und fragen auch während dem Aufenthalt nach, ob alles wie gewünscht funktioniert. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist perfekt!

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber ,sehr schön und gepflegt. Ist sehr zum empfehlen auch für Familien oder romantisch für Pärchen. Die Lage ist ruhig, der Strand sauber. In der Nähe gibt Catania oder Siracusa. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Liebevoll geführtes Traumferienhaus an einsamem Strand

Das große Ferienhaus mit sehr schönem Garten und besonders netter Terasse wäre ausreichend groß für acht Gäste gewesen. Besonders gefallen hat uns neben der außerordentlichen Sauberkeit (wg. Corona waren sogar alle Lichtschalter und Türklinken nach Reinigung abgeklebt...) und der Vollausstattung der Küche, daß wir nach unserer Ankunft einen gefüllten Kühlschrank vorfanden. Unsere liebevoll um uns bemühte Gastgeberin Paola hatte wg. Ankunft am späteren Abend für uns Pizzole (noch warm), Wein, Bier und Wasser besorgt und genügend Vorräte (Obst, Käse, Schinken, Joghurt, Brot, Tomaten, selbstgemachte Marmelade etc) für die nächsten Tage angelegt. Paola stand immer mit uns per WhatsApp im Kontakt, um sich nach uns zu erkundigen und ggf. zu unterstützen. Die Lage am sehr einsamen Privatstrand fanden wir für einen relaxten Strandaufenthalt sehr angenehm. Gibt es auch Nachteile? Ja, das Haus liegt ziemlich abseits von Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten, d.h. Besorgungen müssen zwingend mit dem Auto erfolgen und der nächste "nettere" Ort Brucoli ist ca. 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Aber da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, waren wir mobil und haben sehr viel gesehen. Catania, Syrakus, Taormina, Savoca und Noto als Kulturhighlights, den Ätna und Alcantaraschlucht sowie die Äolischen Inseln als Naturerlebnisse und u.a. das Agriturismo Badiula und die Pizzeria Miramare in Brucoli für das leibliche Wohl können wir empfehlen. Zusammengefasst: Jederzeit gerne wieder, ein rundherum empfehlenswertes Haus.

Super Aufenthalt!

Wir, 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, haben unseren Aufenthalt im Sept./Okt 2019 in vollen Zügen genossen. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus und die herzlichen Gastgeber haben dazu beigetragen. Die Beschreibung und Bebilderung treffen zu 100 % zu. Wunderschöne Terrasse und gepflegter Garten mit einheimischen Gewächsen. Direkter Zugang zum Strand/Meer und spektakulärem Blick auf den Ätna. Fantastic Experience!

My family of 6 stayed at Paola's property for 4 nights and it was the highlight of our vacation throughout Italy. Paola is a sincerely gracious and accommodating hostess. The property is gorgeous and well situated to the beach. It is necessary to have access to a rental car, as there are no restaurants or markets close by. Paola is very responsive and provides excellent information to make the stay comfortable and efficient. I just can't say enough good things about our stay and about Paola. If you have a chance to stay here we would highly recommend it.

A wonderful house for the perfect holiday

The villa of Paola and Sebastiano is a real treasure! Everything starting from the booking process until check-out was very well organized and uncomplicated. The warm welcoming of Paola and Sebastiano is something very special and kind and should not be taken for granted. The fridge was kindly packed with more than enough food, so that after arriving to a new area one does not need immediately drive for grocery shopping but instead enjoy a nice welcoming and go swimming in the sea. We were 2 families with totally 3 kids during two weeks at this place. We had had plenty of space for all of us. The house is very much spacy an das the same as depicted on the photos: very cozy and comfortable. With a larger kitchen and a dishwasher it will be just the perfect place! The latter things are going to take place in the near future, as Paola let me know. The terrace was the perfect place for our dinners and long evenings. The house is very clean and the bathrooms are perfectly tidy. The view from the both bedrooms is fantastic! The house has everything, what you need during your holiday. As a guest you feel that a lot of love and attention has been invested in the house by Paola and her family. Sebastiano and Paola have very charming young lady as a daughter. We had a chance to taste their home made organic orange jam and even bougt some for taking it with us back to Germany. The baker was coming every morning from 8.40 until shortly after 9. It was saving us so much time for buying the fresh buns, paninis and pastries at some other place. For grocery shoping one can drive to „Conad“ in Carlentini. Although without a car it will be difficult there. One should consider renting a car, otherwise it will be almost impossible to go out for food or for sight seeing. As per our request Paola and Sebastiano have arranged the nephew of Paola, Giansalve, the great chef, who had learned cooking in France, to cook for us at one of the evenings. Upon our request he cooked tipical sicilian food. That evening will remain as an unforgetabel for all of us. The food was very extravagant and very delicious and worth each cent we payed. Should one wish this exclusive service, discuss all the details in advance with Giansalve. In total we are all so happy that we chose exactly Paola’s villa for our sicilian holiday. I can recommend this house to everyone wishing to spend a great holiday directly by the sea with the perfect view and charming landlords...

Wonderful,Delightful

The property is as exactly as depicted, plenty of room, very.very clean and the ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd floors is breathtaking. The beachfront is clean, very private and the view of Mount Etna is amazing! The property is easily accessible for parking and gated.Shopping for supplies is close by, and the restaurants are short driving distances . Outdoor dining on a huge table with a very large umbrella shade makes all meals a pleasure. We were treated as though we were family by Paola, Sebastian and Sveva, absolutely wonderful and caring hosts. They supplied some supplies for our first day and treated 11 of us to a home cooked meal during our stay.,Paola's meal was real honest to goodness Sicilian cuisine, delicious is an understatement. I highly recommend Paola's villa, you will not be disappointed.

Geweldige villa/ vakantiehuis op rustige locatie aan de oostkust van Sicilië.

Wij hebben het enorm naar ons zin gehad in dit vakantiehuis aan zee. Wat een luxe om vanuit de achtertuin zo het strand op te lopen! Op minder dan een half uur rijden van Catania en andere bezienswaardigheden zoals de Etna, de Alcanthara kloof, Taomina, Syracuse en Noto op ongeveer een uur rijden afstand. Het huis is prachtig en ondanks de kleine keuken van alle benodigdheden voorzien. Er is meer dan voldoende slaapplek. Ook de omheinde tuin was erg fijn met de kinderen.Het was fantastisch dat er door de gastvrije eigenaren/ familie al was gezorgd voor eten, zodat wij de eerste dag nog niet direct naar de supermarkt hoefden. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar en zeker aan te raden voor grote gezinnen of familie(s) met kinderen. We had a great time in this holiday home by the sea. What a luxury to walk up the beach from the back yard! Less than half an hour's drive from Catania and other attractions such as the Etna, the Alcanthara gorge, Taomina, Syracuse and Noto are about an hour's drive away. The house is beautiful and despite the small kitchen provided with all the necessary amenities. There is more than enough sleepingspace. Also the enclosed garden was very nice with the children. It was fantastic that the friendly owners / family had already taken care of food so that we did not have to go to the supermarket the first day. In short, repeatable and certainly recommended for large families or family(s) with children.

Wunderschönes Haus in eine traumhafte Lage

Angekommen in das schöne Ferienhaus wurden wir sehr herzlich von Paola und ihre liebe Familie empfangen. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Der private Strand lässt für Ruhe suchende keinen Wunsch übrig. Zur Lage wurde ja zuvor schon viel geschrieben. Ein Auto ist natürlich notwendig. Wie haben uns in das Haus verliebt und dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Paola und ihre Familie waren sehr hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. So herzliche, ehrliche und nette Menschen habe ich selten kennengelernt. Wir kommen wieder und ich kann es nicht abwarten! Grazie!

An absolute gem, perfectly located, great hospitality, and you can walk straight onto the beach.

Paola and her daughter were very hospitable from the time we arrived through to the end our stay. The house is extremely comfortable and perfectly located, an easy drive from all the main points of interest including Mt Etna, Siracusa and Catania. We loved having direct access onto the beach, and the view of the sunrise over the sea from the top level bedroom on our first morning was quite spectacular. The house was extremely well supplied with groceries on arrival, including Paola's homemade jam and marmalade (which were delicious). The main problem during our stay was one of the two showers being out of order, of which we were only advised on arrival, and for our party of five this was fairly inconvenient. As long as this problem is rectified for future guests we would have no hesitation strongly recommending this property.

Tolle Villa mit sehr herzlichen Gastgebern

Liebe Leser, wir waren hier 2 Wochen Anfang September mit unserem 3,5 jährigem Sohn. Die Gastgeber Paola, Sebastian und ihre Tochter sind sehr sehr gastfreundlich und so herzlich dabei (Kinder sind sehr willkommen). Ich glaube meine Frau hatte täglichen WhatsApp Kontakt zu Paola.....vielen Dank nach Sicilia. Die Villa an sich ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet und ist gerade mal 20 Minuten vom Flughafen Catania entfernt. Es fühlt sich wie zu Hause an, es ist kein Hotelgefühl sondern ein warmes angenehmes zu Hause Gefühl. Man hat direkten Zugang zum Strand und kann hier wunderbar baden und relaxen. Für uns 3 war die Villa natürlich viel zu groß. Es ist locker für zwei Familien mit mehreren Kindern Platz. Der Ausblick von oben herab ist wunderschön und man kann natürlich das Meer sehen. Der Grill ist so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Gastgeber haben uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet und uns zwischendurch mit sizilianischen Köstlichkeiten überrascht und zu guter letzt ein wunderbares Fischrestaurant in Catania empfohlen, wo sie dann selbst vorbeigekommen sind und mit den Inhabern gesprochen haben. (sicher haben wir hier eine echte Sonderbehandlung erhalten:-)) Super Aufenthalt - Super Wetter - Super Menschen - Super Sizilien - Super Essen Vielen Vielen Dank an Paola uns Sebastian Liebe Grüße Nicole, Finn und Tim

Ein wunderschönes Haus am Meer (Familiengeeignet)

Wir (drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder) wurden von Paola und ihrer Familie sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Zur Begrüßung hatte sie für uns einige Kleinigkeiten wie frisches Obst, Wasser und sizilianisches Gebäck bereitgestellt. Ebenso sind wir in den Genuss ihrer selbst gekochten Marmelade und den besten Arancini Siziliens gekommen. Liebe Paola herzlichen Dank dafür!  Das Haus (wurde schon zuvor ausführlich beschrieben) war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, es ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Aus jedem Zimmer hatte man einen schönen Blick zum Meer. Alle nötigen Dinge wie Waschpulver, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier und Gewürze für die Küche waren vorhanden. Falls wir Fragen zum Haus oder der Umgebung hatten, standen uns Paola via Whatsapp und auch persönlich zur Verfügung. Der Garten und auch unser „Privat“-Strandabschnitt waren stets sauber und gepflegt. Gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten gab in der näheren Umgebung (ca. 15-20 min Autofahrt). Jeden Morgen kommt gegen 9:00 Uhr ein Bäcker auf Rädern und bringt sizilianische Backwaren (Brötchen und Kuchen) manchmal kam sogar ein Fischer und verkaufte sein Fang direkt vom Meer. Es war ein toller zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt in eurem schönen Haus am Meer vor den Füßen des Etnas. Liebe Grüße Andre und Nicole

Sizilien Ostseite, Tolle 2 Etagen Villa direkt am Meer!

Vorweg:Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität! Meine Freundin und ich,hatten 3 Wochen lang einen perfekten Urlaub! Wir wurden von Paola + Familie herzlich empfangen! Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir sizilianische,selbstgebackende Leckereien und (!) Wasser. Das hatten wir in den vergangenen Jahren bei anderen Vermietern vermisst! Paola weiss was Gäste mögen! Uns wurde danach das Haus und die Umgebung gezeigt und erklärt. Paola,ihr Mann und Tochter sprechen gut englisch. Die Zimmer: Sind groß,in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Sauber,aufgeräumt und an den weißen Wänden hängen schöne Bilder. Im Erdgeschoss: Befindet sich der Eingang,mit vielen Fenstern,die geöffnet,das Haus gut belüften. Dort ist auch das große Wohnzimmer mit einem Essbereich (Esstisch, Stühle). Um die Ecke ist die Küche mit einem weiteren Aus- Eingang zum Garten und dem Parkplatz fürs Auto. In der Küche: Fehlt nichts!Es ist alles und in perfektem Zustand vorhanden. Töpfe,Pfannen,Pipapo.Alles da! Der Backofen wird mit Strom betrieben,der Herd mit Gas. Fließend heißes und kaltes Wasser ist mit gutem Wasserdruck im gesamten Haus vorhanden. In der 1.Etage: Befinden sich 2 Badezimmer. Eins mit Badewanne,Bidet,WC + großem Waschbecken. Das andere ebenso aber mit einer schönen Dusche. Duschkabine mit Regenwaldbrausekopf-kein Schlauch. Hängt etwas niedrig,aber ich bin damit bestens klar gekommen(1,85 m) (-; Ebenfalls befinden sich in der 1. Etage: 3 Schlafzimmer. 1 großes Zimmer mit Doppelbett (200 x 180),einer bequemen Matratze(!),1 Gästebett + einer mit der Fernbedienung zu steuernden Klimaanlage,die leise summend kühle Luft ins Zimmer pustet. Einen Balkon mit Tisch und 2Stühlen + Blick auf´s Meer und Garten,kannst du von diesem Raum aus betreten.Von dort den Sonnenaufgang(sunrise)zu sehen ist inklusive! Weiter gibt es 2 Zimmer für die Kids: Eins mit Doppelstockbett und eins mit Einzelbett ausgestattet.Jeweils ist auch ein Kleiderschrank und Nachttisch mit Lampe vorhanden. Alles funktioniert! Die 2. Etage: Ja,es geht weiter über die Marmortreppe! Dort befindet sich das großzügig und toll ausgebaute,helle Dachgeschoss Zimmer,das ebenfalls mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet ist! Hier 1 Doppelbett,1 Einzelbett,2 Couches,Nachtschränke und Kleiderschrank. Der Strand und das Meer: Direkt "vor der Tür"...ist für euch da,weil privat;das Meer für alle! Zur Villa gehören 2 mit Palmwedeln abgedeckte Sonnenunterstände! Hier kannst du urlauben und liebe,freundliche Sizilianer kennen lernen-versprochen! Grazie!

Lovely beach home with wonderful hospitality. What more can you ask for?

This is the best 'beach vacation' that we have ever had. The home is so lovely and spotless. The patio is large and the grounds are kept beautifully. Paola and her family greeted us at the house with smiles and much warmth. Paola prepared for us a wonderful feast for dinner (we arrived late) and made sure that we had delicious food items for breakfast for the next morning, including a jar of her homemade jam. What a treat. Paola, your jam was absolutely delicious. Paola had a gift for my 2 little girls (ages 2 and 3) - a basket of beach toys - my girls were thrilled and could not wait to play on the beach. My 3 year old daughter told us that she would like to stay there forever. The location is perfect. We rented a car and from there it was very easy to visit the surrounding cities like Syracuse, Catania, Taormina and the little villages near by. One word to describe the whole experience... Wonderful!

Traumhafter Privatstrand

+ ca. 150m reiner Sandstrand gehören zum Haus dazu -> hohes Maß an Privatsphäre + sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die während des gesamten Aufenthalts per whatsapp erreichbar waren + insgesamt viel Platz, geräumiges Haus und großer Außenbereich + 2 große Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick + Kanu für 2 Personen gehört zur Ausstattung dazu (ebenso 4 Fahrräder) +/- 2 Hunde streunen auf dem Gelände herum, gab keinerlei Probleme - vergleichsweise kleine Küche und keine Spülmaschine

What a wonderful oasis in a excellent location!

My family and myself truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Paola and her daughter met us at the house on the first day to welcome us and show us around. They also had a very beautiful and generous spread of drinks and snacks awaiting us on the patio. As well as a stocked fridge and pantry to get us started. The house was very well laid out and clean but I think our favorite part was the huge beautiful patio and the fact that we could walk out to our own private beach. The location was great. It felt like we were secluded only about 20-30 mins south of Catania and about 40 mins north of Siracusa. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

A Great Family Getaway

Paola and family were very welcoming and met us upon arrival. The house was beautiful and well equipped, although the kitchen is quite cozy. The location allows easy access to Syracusa and Catania, and a long sandy beach is just outside the compound gates. The neighborhood is quiet and well monitored. Many swimming and snorkeling opportunities are just a short drive away by car. A great spot for a relaxing ocean holiday.
