« Trotz Buchung über Expedia, angeblich keine Kooperation mit Expedia. Buchung beim Einchecken nicht gefunden. Check out lt. Buchung bis 10.00h, niemand vor Ort um auszuchecken. Sämtliche Anrufe bei hinterlegten Nummern gingen ins Leere oder an Personen die nicht weiter helfen konnten. Overall schöne Anlage aber Umgang mit Gästen sehr ärgerlich. »

« Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine. »

« The place is nice, but I wasn't able to get the warm/hot water. Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. A tiny note, before to discover the issue of the water, I search for an airdryer all over and I didn't find it, just a diffusor, but not the airdryer »
