Everything is organized so that you can enjoy your holidays while having your own space.

THE HOUSE
This house has been entirely designed to offer dream vacations focused on idleness, sharing and the sweetness of life.

The ground floor is a vast common space: with its eight-burner Lacanche stove, its large wooden cupboards, its table for 12 people and its soft lights, the kitchen invites you to try all the local recipes. It opens onto a 240 m2 terrace with sea view as well as an outdoor dining room and a summer lounge protected from the sun and the wind. The weber barbecue allows happy lunches and your holiday dinners will last until late at night. As pleasant in summer as in winter, the 70 m2 living room allows you to read by the fire...

On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms and walk-in showers. Two bedrooms offer a view of the sea, the other two open onto the back of the house and nature. One of the bedrooms can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. Each room has reversible air conditioning. A fifth suite is available in an adjoining bungalow where 5 beds are available, as well as a shower room.

Protecting the house like a secret, the 3000 m2 garden is a compendium of Mediterranean vegetation: palm trees, lemon trees, almond trees, cypresses, olive trees and laurels invite you to a feast of Corsican sensations.

A heated swimming pool with sea view will be available from June 15, 2022.
Passenger access
The nearest airport is Ajaccio-Napoleon Bonaparte, 45 minutes away.

Up to 5 cars can park at the Paomia residence.
Other remarks
Overlooked by its two churches, the port of Cargèse is a high place of life, both for lovers of the high seas and diving during the day, and for lovers of convivial Corsican cuisine in the evening and at night.

The Paomia residence is about twenty minutes from the creeks of Piana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you appreciate the mountains, you will like to climb inland to Vico and discover the natural pools of the region.

As you certainly know, the GR20, mythical hiking trail that crosses Corsica is one of the most beautiful places in the world for hiking, but it is also possible to walk along the coast, where the famous Genoese Towers allow you to see far seaward.

Finally, also about twenty minutes away, surfers will be delighted to discover the waves of Sagone, especially at the confluence of the Liamon River, at the unique place where you can swim in both fresh water and 'salt water.
