« the worst check in experience i’ve ever had at a hotel! I walked in to a man with a cigarette in his mouth behind the front desk and when i politely said hello the man screamed out the front desk ladies name so loudly in order to get her to the desk. once she came out she was rude. did not greet me at all. the first thing she said to me was “phone number?” it also seemed as if she did not understand the check in process what so ever. it took 20-25 minutes to get checked in and get my key to my...

« Rooms were very clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and it was a great location. I had booked several rooms for family to stay in for graduation and ended up with one too many and both Expedia and Amanda at the Hampton were very helpful in canceling the one room and ensuring that I still had the others to use. Everyone from check-in to breakfast staff to check-out were very friendly, courteous and helpful. And, believe me we were a handful! »

« It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him...
