Guest Access:
Please note that hurricane remediation efforts are ongoing, there may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs.

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Beach Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. The Neighborhood:
The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex and it is located on the gulf side of South Seas Island Resort, close to both the beach and downtown Captiva.

Crews operating on a stretch of beach at a time, with active work zones shifting northward weekly.
Beach access may be restricted temporarily in active zones, but will reopen promptly once safe.
Safety signage and fencing will help ensure a safe experience for all.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
