At the entrance of the property, there is a self check in lockbox for a quick and convenient arrival. The keys to access the property are stored in the self check in lockbox, and all necessary instructions will be provided at the time of booking. The apartment is equipped with all the essential comforts for your stay. Thanks to its strategic location, immersed in the nature of this beautiful rustic home, you will enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

At the moment, the property does not have a Wi Fi connection. We kindly ask you to check the availability of your mobile network provider's data service during your stay. To access the bedroom, you will need to use an internal staircase. As this is a traditional rustic property, the staircase is fairly steep and retains the typical characteristics of this type of home. We kindly ask you to take extra care when going up and down the stairs, especially if you are traveling with children, elderly guests, or carrying luggage. Bed linen and towels are provided in the property. The cost is charged based on the actual number of guests staying, at CHF 13.70 per guest. This approach is an advantage for guests, as you only pay for the linen used according to the number of occupants, rather than for all available beds if they are not all occupied. We provide high quality professional Swiss standard linen, carefully washed and hygienically cleaned at high temperatures to ensure maximum comfort, cleanliness, and safety throughout your stay. A baby cot, including bedding and a duvet, is available upon request for an additional fee. The cost is CHF 52.50 per stay. The tourist tax will be paid separately once the booking is confirmed.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure, as a sign of cooperation with the cleaning service. Please make sure to turn off all electronic devices. Before leaving the apartment, ensure that all doors, windows, and balconies are properly closed and locked. Turn off the pellet stove. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment; it is permitted only in outdoor areas.

The rustic is located in Odogno, in the municipality of Capriasca (Ticino), in an area surrounded by nature. For this reason, the most convenient way to reach it is by private car. By car: From Lugano, follow the direction to Tesserete Capriasca. Once in Tesserete, continue towards Odogno along a scenic mountain road. The final stretch leads directly to the free parking reserved for guests. As mentioned, the last section includes a descent and a short unpaved road with possible potholes, so we recommend driving carefully. Parking: A free parking space is available in the immediate vicinity of the property. Public transport: Odogno can be reached by public transport via connections through Lugano and Tesserete. Regular buses run from Lugano to Tesserete, the main transport hub of Capriasca. From Tesserete, you can continue with local buses towards Odogno and nearby villages, with stops throughout the area. However, connections from Tesserete are less frequent, especially in the evenings and on weekends, so we recommend checking updated timetables before traveling. From the local stops, a short walk may be required to reach the property. For greater convenience, it is often recommended to travel as far as Tesserete and then continue by taxi or private car, especially for the final stretch surrounded by nature. On the entrance level, there is a bright and welcoming living area with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge space. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, relaxing moments, or simply enjoying the peaceful green landscape surrounding the house. On the same level, there is a characteristic mezzanine with a double futon style mattress, an intimate and charming space that makes the home even more unique and inviting. Going down to the lower floor, you reach the sleeping area, where there is a comfortable double bedroom designed to ensure rest and tranquility. On the same level there is also a bathroom and a pellet stove that warms the space and creates a particularly cozy and welcoming atmosphere during colder days, making the stay even more pleasant and relaxing. Outside, the property features a fully fenced private garden, a safe and secluded space where guests can relax, sunbathe, or spend time outdoors in complete freedom. It is also perfect for those traveling with pets, who can stay safely and move freely within the area. Despite the feeling of isolation and untouched nature, the rustic is easily accessible and offers free parking nearby. The property is not suitable for infants or children. For safety reasons and due to the layout and features of the accommodation, the property is exclusively reserved for guests aged 15 and over. Please make sure you meet this requirement before making a reservation.

Bring comfortable shoes, especially if you plan to walk through the nearby forests and trails around Gola di Lago. In some seasons, the ground may be damp or slightly slippery. Being immersed in nature, it is the ideal place to relax, disconnect, and enjoy the silence. We recommend doing your grocery shopping before arrival so you can fully enjoy a peaceful stay. The pellet stove makes the space very cozy even on cooler days, but we advise you to check the operating instructions upon arrival. If you are staying with pets, the fenced garden provides safety and freedom, but we kindly ask you to supervise them in the outdoor areas. During winter or snowy conditions, we recommend checking road conditions and using appropriate winter tires. This is a place designed for those who love nature, simplicity, and relaxation: let yourself be surrounded by peace and enjoy the experience. To reach the rustic, the first section of the road is paved and the descent is quite steep. After that, there is a short unpaved stretch. We recommend driving carefully, especially downhill, and paying attention to potholes and uneven road surfaces.
