Immersed in greenery and surrounded by tranquility, Casa Mirella is a beautiful property divided into two welcoming apartments: a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and a two-bedroom apartment on the upper floor — perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a rejuvenating holiday.

One-Bedroom Apartment – Sleeps 4

Spacious and recently renovated, it is located on the ground floor of the property and features an equipped outdoor area with a partial sea view. The entrance opens onto the living area, which includes a double sofa bed and TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The bedroom has a double bed plus a single bed with an additional pull-out single. Both rooms are air-conditioned. Bathroom with shower cubicle and bidet.
Shared with the upstairs apartment: an outdoor shower with hot water, BBQ area with an external sink, and an outdoor washing machine.

Outdoor amenities:

Shared garden; BBQ with external sink; shared courtyard; furnished outdoor area with table and chairs

Important Notes:
- Groups of young people under 21 years of age are allowed
- Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9:00 a.m.; for check-in after 8:00 p.m., a €50 surcharge applies
- Small pets allowed with a €30 cleaning fee
- Security deposit (mandatory): €150 for apartment; refunded at the end of the stay after the property has been inspected (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 p.m.)
