Park the car and enjoy Capitola on foot! While there is no dedicated parking space, a parking pass is provided for designated Village parking areas. Shops, restaurants, coffee, nightlife, and the beach are all just steps away.



Please note that this is a lively Village location. A popular beer garden next door features live music, which may occasionally be heard from the condo, particularly when the patio doors are open.



If you’re looking for a charming coastal getaway where you can walk to the beach, dinner, drinks, shopping, and everything Capitola Village has to offer, this is the perfect home base.

- There is no washer/dryer in this unit.



- This neighborhood is very lively and located in downtown Capitola Village, so there is some traffic noise throughout the day and occasionally at night.



- There is no on site parking, however we do provide a parking permit and a map to the permitted spaces.



- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.



- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
