« Lovely location. Buildings are oldish and would need some refresh and a little love. Service is perfect, breakfast is super good and served on the room. The sea view is great! »

« Shops and restaurants in walking distance and the beach also. I would love a view but it was quiet for us, not alot of street noise or neighbors. My only suggestion is to have an extra blanket in the closet. Heater is in the bedroom and works great but sitting area/kitchen gets quite cold in am. If you want to be in sitting area so partner can sleep, its cold. Enjoyed the stay, thank you »

« Wonderful location close to the beach and downtown shopping, restaurants and coffee spots. Challenging to find parking nearby on busy weekends, but persistence will pay off. Only cleanliness issue encountered was a towel used by previous guest still hanging in bathroom. Otherwise, VERY clean and pleasant. Two showers were small, but not difficult to regulate like some comments state. I would return!! »

« Good location, nice rooms. Check in staff was courteous and helpful. Thought there was breakfast but only coffee. Check in at 4:00 is on the late side, 3:00 is the norm. »

« Our stay at Aptos Bayview cottage, could not have been better. The cottage is just lovely as are Joe and Melody. So hospitable. They brought us freshly made chocolate cake with fresh berries and whipped cream. Made us feel right at home. Very clean and bright, and just totally felt cozy. Will stay again forsure. »
