« Can I just move in?! The property is in the most ideal location. Very easy to walk to the beach and the beautiful downtown. We walked into the house and immediately felt like we were on vacation. It’s clean with quality furniture & a very comfortable bed. My daughter and her 3 friends enjoyed the downstairs 2 double beds. Claire was extremely responsive, provided snacks and a welcome note / wine. Capitola in general seems to have spotty WiFi. I had planned to work from the location but WiFi was...

« Clean. Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen and a supermarket a short drive (<1 mile) if you want to cook a meal. Hosts are proactively communicative and even though they live in the attached larger house, we never saw or heard them. »

« Description was accurate. The property was clean. There is no dishwasher in the property so when my husband the chef realized that it made our decision to eat out easier. It’s pretty close to everything. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. »

« Location, location, location. Steps to the beach and a nice view from the deck of the harbor. The cottage is well appointed with pretty much most of what you need. The accommodations are cozy and the deck is wonderful for outdoor meals. »
