« Best way to describe this cozy little place. We've stayed before & will book, again, next time we travel to Clayton. In fact, we won't travel to Clayton unless we can stay here. It's completely charming, close to the Boat Museum, an easy walk to the central shopping/eating area, and a long stone's throw to The River. Communication with the landlady is easy & thorough. Parking is a breeze. All photos posted are accurate & true. It's a charmer! »

« Nice place to stay. It's a couple of blocks from the center of town and quite a walk but you can drive into town quite easily. Just hard to find parking in town during the busy season »

« Beautiful little cottage with fabulous decor that makes you feel like your in a luxury hotel! Comfortable beds, gorgeous linens and towels, etc. They've thought of everything you'll need for a nice lake adventure: from kayaks, chairs for the campfire, outdoor lounging and eating, charcoal grills, a beautiful sturdy dock for a boat and stable decking among the rocky ledges. We had one small drain issue with the shower, but the hosts were very responsive and sent someone out to fix it the next...

The location of the house to the boat ramp, bars and restaurants was perfect and the ability to dock the boats at the house was really convenient. « We were apprehensive about being the first renters of this property but those fears were quickly put to rest when the owner met us on site and walked us through the house. We were amazed at not just the beautiful views of the river, lake but also the upgraded amenities inside the house.
