Comfortable sized bedroom (around 11 ft x 11 ft) with double bed (can be arranged as two singles). Large dresser. Smart TV. Wifi throughout. Good sized private bathroom with walk-in shower and adjoined kitchenette stocked with basics (like coffee, teas, olive oil, salt, pepper, etc). The bedroom has a sea view south towards Kalk Bay and Simon's Town and a small patio overlooking the ocean.

The house is all on one level. Your bedroom can be accessed through the main front door or through your own sliding door. So it is absolutely possible to come and go from the house as you please and be private, if you want. There is also a small paved patio (around 8 ft x 8 ft) off your bedroom which is for your exclusive use.

The main deck is on the other side of the house. It is common use. The deck is big and so you can be private if you want to. The deck has a nice built in BBQ, which you can use. The deck has lounge chairs as well as a table and chairs for dining. We endeavour to give guests using the deck privacy.

The house has solar power so no need to worry about load-shedding/power outages. You will have lights, hot water, and wifi, no problem!
Other things to note
The house is up 64 steps from the road. Cars are parked for free on the street. 24 hour monitored security cameras in the area ensure vehicle safety. There are excellent grocery stores (Woolworths and Checkers) a short drive away.
