Pool Heat Details: Available upon request from October 1st through May 1st with a six-day booking minimum. Pool heat must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and costs $32/day plus tax, payable prior to check-in via Vacasa Guest Services.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Dirty Linen left green algae in pool unusable

So 5 bags of dirty washing left on porch. Green algae in pool and water freeing after paying for the pool heating. No comms from Vacasa and lock code to property was incorrect leaving us to call numerous times giving us a high phone bill. I’d never book through this company again.

Nice Vacation Spot

We had a nice stay during our week here. The accommodations and views were nice. The location was easy to get to restaurants and other cities, like Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and Naples. The property Management team was helpful when we had questions. Overall, the home met our expectations during our vacation.

28 days at the Cape

Upon arrival the property was clean and waiting with a super easy, automated check-in process, no property manager to physically meet for keys or instructions. The home was as-listed with most of everything we needed for a month long stay. One of the reasons we picked this home over others was the large pool (large by comparison) and it was plenty big for our family and occasional company too, probably 14x30 feet plus the hot tub which was easy to operate and heated up quickly for an evening dip. The location was great, convenient to many amenities, shopping restaurants, parks, etc. However, Cape Coral is bigger than I had imagined so it did take a while to get from the house to the bridges leading to Fort Myers and Sanibel. Even still we went to the beach most evenings traveling as far south as Naples and north to Sarasota. Traffic is minimal and the neighborhood is nice - we went in several walks and used the complimentary bikes and kayak (inflatable) to explore and met nice people every time we were out. The canal was a great feature, but during the dry season (we were there in June) the level can drop so much that it is impassable by boat (kayaks and paddle boarding was fine though. For that reason we didn't rent a boat to cruise the neighborhood, but maybe next time. Even still the canal was great for bird watching, fishing, and fun. We would definitely stay again. Maintenance - the two times we needed help it was a simple text or two and the matter was resolved. The master mattress was marshmallow soft, not my thing, maybe it's just me. Child Safety - we were traveling with our four year old and had some concerns about the pool and canal, but the patio doors lock easily and the lanai doors have raised latches so our little one couldn't let herself out to the back yard canal access.

Spring Break 2021

This property was perfect for our spring break get away. The pool and hot tub were clean with accurate instructions on how to use. House was clean, and looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. Only problem we had was that one of the slider doors wouldn't lock. I did report this to turnkey during our stay. Hopefully it will be addressed for the next renters. Grocery stores and shopping very close if that's your thing! We would stay at this property again.

Awesome condo overlooking gulf.

Condo was super clean and like a home away from home. No problems at all. Had all amenities to start you out. Great location overlooking the gulf with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Can't wait to book for next year.

Home is arranged nicely and lanai pool are is a plus. Home could use some new pots/pans, a can opener (really who doesn't need a can opener), towels and sheets could use updating. Not the best vrbo home we've used, but was a ok stay. Turnkey does a good job.

Amazing stay

The house was exactly what we had hoped it would be. It was very clean and the location was perfect. The pool and the spa were amazing. It was quiet and an overall very pleasant stay. The only issue was when i asked whether the kayak was a single or double i did not receive a response. It is a double and proved to be very seaworthy.

This was a great house. We stayed for two months. The pool and spa on the canal were so lovely for enjoying time outside. There were a lot of things that either needed to be fixed upon check-in or during our stay over the two months including: bathroom fixtures, the air conditioning, the dishwasher, broken windows, and the patio. It took six phone calls over six days to get the air-conditioning fixed in 80° heat turrnkey is not responsive at all the local manager is a way better route to address issues. I would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful location

The house is located in a prime place. It was very quiet and peaceful. Had a bit of a problem with the pool heater but was an easy fix. Pots and pans in the house where very worn and had burnt on food on them. We caught the cleaning lady on her way out so the house was very clean inside. Had a great time. Definitely would go to another TurnKey property!

Nice Vacation House

We booked this house mainly because of the heated pool. It did take a day and a half to heat up, but once it did we were able to enjoy it. Spend a lot of time outside and enjoyed the space. The screen had several holes and tears and were worried bugs could be bad, but they weren’t horrible. We bought bug spray but never needed to use it. The house was clean and had the basic supplies you would need. The heated pool was definitely the selling point!
