Beyond that is a spacious yard area where you can play. Set up a bags game or play croquet. If you are a boater, this home is on a gulf-access canal. Bring your boat and tie up to your personal boat dock. You can be on the river in 10 minutes and Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island in 45 mins. An umbrella and chairs are on the dock to relax by the waterfront. You might even spot a dolphin or manatee swimming by.
Bicycles and kayaks are available for exploring.
