Where do I start with this review…trying to get the check in instructions was a mess and they dont disclose extra charges until the property is lay in full.We arrive to find out a pretty dirty place
From grease leaking from top of the oven to black mold in the ceiling next to a/c vent,cockroaches on the carpet on the leaving room,on the floor in the bedroom,attach to a cutting board that we use to prep food…a/c thermostat doesn’t work at all,so we couldn’t adjust the temperature during the entire stay,the bedding definitely wasn’t clean,the smell was not fresh or clean as you would expect and the cherry on top of the cake,hot tub doesn’t work even that they have instructions and is already pre set,we couldn’t get inside the hot tub because was cold the entire stay and there was no way make it warmer,same with pool,was pre set to max temperature of 86 and can’t adjust higher than that,pretty disappointing.Drawer with kitchen utensils,full of grease,attached to utensils and you can tell have been there for a while.Most nasty rental property I’ve been,definitely not coming back I won’t recommend this property or rental host/company to anyone,not even my worst enemy.Please please stay out here.They will charge you for water and electricity apart from original payment,that’s a ripoff specially when you can’t even enjoy the a/c or the pool.Definitely sending rental property inspector there,with all the pictures and videos o have they should start working the right way.
