Facing southwest, Villa Juhara is built on a triple lot rather than the more typical double lot, offering 50% more land area than usual. The villa features 408 sqm (4,400 sq ft) of indoor living space, plus an additional 120 sqm (1,283 sq ft) for the lanai and pool area.

It is ideally located on a canal in the highly desirable Yacht Club area, just a few minutes from downtown Cape Coral and nearby shopping centers. From here, it is truly only a short ride to the river — long canal rides or passing through the lock can be avoided. This makes it the perfect starting point for wonderful boat trips with a motorboat that can be docked at the villa’s private dock with captain’s walk. The dock is long enough even for very large boats.

Please note: the boat shown in the photos is not for rent, and the boat lift is not available, as it is occupied by the owner’s boat. However, there are many convenient boat rental options in Cape Coral.

The stunning infinity pool features a saltwater system, allowing for an exceptional swimming experience without heavy chlorine and without red eyes. An outdoor shower and shallow water area are also included.

The generously designed outdoor area offers pool loungers, a seating area with a comfortable lounge and fire table, a dining table, and a state-of-the-art professional outdoor kitchen with a large grill and sizzling zone for the perfect BBQ experience. The entire outdoor space is enclosed with a screen featuring oversized panoramic sections, making the enclosure barely noticeable.

Master Suites 1 and 2 offer breathtaking views of the pool and dock area. Of course, both suites also provide direct access to the pool area.

The en-suite bathroom of Master Suite 1 features a freestanding bathtub, an approximately 4.5 sqm (48 sq ft) walk-in shower, indirect LED ceiling lighting, stylish double vanities with illuminated mirrors, and a separate toilet.

Throughout the entire house and lanai, you will find a Sonos sound system with speakers in every room. The villa also includes gigabit internet, 65-inch TVs in every master suite, and a huge 85-inch TV in the living room.

The five spacious master suites are equally luxurious, yet each has its own distinctive design, offering plenty of privacy and peaceful comfort. They feature walk-in closets, flat-screen TVs, indirect LED lighting, large walk-in showers, double vanities, and separate toilets.

The living area impresses with a beautiful modern leather seating group, an 85-inch flat-screen TV with indirect LED backwall lighting, stylish chrome-and-glass lighting elements, a large dining table with comfortable chairs, and a bar area with wine cooler and fireplace for relaxing evenings after an eventful day.

The open kitchen is designed for the whole family to enjoy cooking together. Not just one gourmet chef, but several people can comfortably create meals here at the same time. In addition to an oversized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, the villa also offers a wine cooler in the bar area and a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers.

Villa Juhara is fully equipped with a modern kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, induction cooktop, coffee maker, Nespresso machine), air conditioning, washing machine, two dryers, and BBQ grill with sizzle zone. Bed linens, beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror are all provided. In addition, you will find a baby crib and beach chairs.

You also benefit from complimentary Wi-Fi, ample patio furniture and sun loungers, as well as English- and German-speaking local support staff for assistance during your stay.

Update: The water quality in Cape Coral is not ideal, especially due to the very high chlorine content. It is approximately ten times higher than the permitted limit in Germany. For this reason, we have installed a water treatment system, so you can enjoy spring-water quality throughout the entire house.
