Villa Infinity - brand new, great water view, pool & spa

Villa Infinity is located in the popular SW area on a wide canal with great water views of the long canal.

A high quality implementation in construction and equipment awaits you. The living area is about 2420 sqft and includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The modern and open designed interior offers a feel-good atmosphere during your vacation. In the spacious living / dining area you spend beautiful evenings. From here you have a direct view of the pool area and the water. Start your vacation with a cold drink on one of the pool loungers and refresh yourself in the cool water on warm summer days. The salt water pool with spa is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle to the skin. In principle, it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes. There is a pool fence to protect the little ones.

For music fans, we have installed the speaker system of the company Sonos (wifi speaker). This allows you to listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device, among other things. The TVs in the living room and lanai are also equipped with Apple TV.

The kitchen with adjoining dining area offers plenty of space and everything you need for cooking. All appliances are latest standard and also a Nespresso machine is available (please bring capsules).

All bedrooms offer a king size bed. The master bedroom with direct pool access has an adjoining bathroom with bathtub, large shower and a double vanity. All other bedrooms have their own adjoining bathroom.

The excellent location of Villa Infinity in the popular southwest of Cape Coral should be emphasized. Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions and a nice playground are within walking distance. Also nearby is Cape Harbour, the modern and beautifully landscaped marina with several restaurants, ice cream parlor, live music in the evenings and much more. Always worth a visit! The supermarket (Publix) and some restaurants are also within walking distance.

For our guests at CoralVilla, individual info folders have been created for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, sightseeing and much more.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
