This spacious villa offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, giving up to 10 guests room to spread out and relax. Inside, the home feels bright and inviting, while outside the experience becomes pure Florida magic: a private heated pool, a hot tub, direct water access, and easy boating access to the river and the Gulf of Mexico.

The outdoor spaces are made for slow mornings, sunny afternoons, and unforgettable evenings.
