Villa GolferÂŽs Dream features 3 bedrooms, all of which have been designed in a different color. They come with extra-large double beds, TVs and wardrobes. From the master bedroom, you can directly access the lanai, and 2 bathrooms are available.
A highlight is the open kitchen with ample workspace. Here, you will find everything you need on vacation: oven, stove plates, microwave and XXL fridge with ice dispenser. Cutlery, knifes and utensils like coffee maker and kettle make the amenities complete. The kitchen counter with bar stools is perfect for a chat; Elegant vibes await you in the dining area, and of course, you can also enjoy meals outside. The villaÂŽs roofed lanai features a dining table for 6 guests, a cozy lounge area and sunbeds, as well as a barbecue grill.
If you want to unwind after a few rounds of golf, you will love the villaÂŽs spa. Afraid of mosquitos and other critters? Don't worry! The entire lanai is enclosed by a special cage that keeps unwanted guests out. Of course, you can also relax indoors. A flat-screen TV and an air hockey table provide fun entertainment in the living area.
Not only golfers will appreciate the villaÂŽs location. On the one hand, northern Cape Coral is known for its peace and quiet. On the other hand, you will reach all important spots quickly. The supermarkets Publix, Walmart and Aldi are only 10 minutes away. 5 miles to the south, Pine Island Road features a wide variety of restaurants, and right next to it, you can cool off at Sun Splash Waterpark. While youÂŽre at it, why not tour the Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery to savor one of Cape CoralÂŽs specialties? Another hidden gem is Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park to the north. Here, you can explore FloridaÂŽs unspoilt nature on a hike.

HOUSERULES / FAQ
Boatlift: The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
Electricity consumption: The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15âŻct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning: The average(based on an occupancy of 2-4 guests) cost of electricity per week in the summer period is $40 $60. The price may increase in winter, as heating the pool/spa and the rooms requires more energy in winter than in summer. Please also consider that the pool/spa not only requires more energy in colder temperatures but also cools down more quickly overnight.
BBQ Cleaning: Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50.
Cancelation fee: In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
Personal Check-In: As arrival days are often stressful and it is rarely possible to arrive at fixed times, each guest will enter the house independently by using a code.
For safety and Insurance reasons, we are required to match the guests present with those of the booking made. In addition, there are many questions about the house, and it is always easier if these things are explained personally and on site. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card). We try to make the check-in as comfortable as possible so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
Pet friendly/service pets: If the house is offered as pet-friendly, you have the possibility to bring a pet(s). You have the option to specify the number of pets during the booking process. Each pet will be charged $25 per night.
If the property is not listed as pet friendly, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service/emotional pets. If your pet is a Service/Emotional Pet, we will require written proof from you prior to booking. Service/emotional pets do not have to be specified in the booking process and will not be charged additionally.
Standard occupancy/overnight guests: Our prices are calculated on the basis of 4 persons. Each additional person will be charged $25 dollars plus fees/taxes per night. If you specify more than 4 persons at the time of booking, this fee will be taken into account. If the number of persons increases after booking or if you receive overnight guests (even for only a few days), you are obliged to register them and pay the fee.
