The Space:

Settle into this updated waterfront retreat, where comfortable interiors and inviting outdoor spaces make it easy to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Spend peaceful mornings paddling the canal in a provided kayak, cool off in the private pool, or fire up the gas grill for a relaxed evening outdoors.



The contemporary living area features a comfortable sofa, three armchairs, and a Smart TV for unwinding after a day of exploring. The renovated kitchen combines sleek stone countertops with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Bar seating for three and a dining table for six offer plenty of room to gather.



The primary suite features a king bed, an additional full-size bed, a Smart TV, a desk, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and patio access. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed, TV, and generous closet space, while the second bathroom includes a tub and shower combination.



Outside, relax on the loungers overlooking the canal, take a dip in the private pool, or enjoy the grassy backyard. Gather around the outdoor dining table beneath the café lights and fire up the gas grill for a casual cookout.



The private dock accommodates a boat up to 24 feet, with bridge-free access toward the nearby river and Gulf. The boat lift is not available for guest use.



Beach chairs, kayaks, and life jackets are provided for outdoor adventures. Yacht Club Community Park is currently under construction, but the riverside beach remains open for enjoying the waterfront. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are also a short drive away, offering beautiful beaches and opportunities to explore the coast.



For dining, shopping, and entertainment, explore downtown Cape Coral or visit Cape Harbour for waterfront restaurants and a lively atmosphere.
