Primary Bedroom Suite (King): A private haven featuring a premium King-size mattress, dual nightstands with bedside lamps containing integrated charging ports, and a smart TV. Enjoy room-darkening curtains for deep rest, a dedicated writing desk/chair, and a sliding glass door offering direct, private access to the pool. The spacious en-suite bathroom boasts a light-filled tile shower, a large soaking tub, double sinks, and a sweeping walk-in closet.

Bedroom #2 (King): A beautifully appointed, sunny room featuring a premium King-size bed, dimmable bedside lamps with USB charging ports, a small dresser, an armchair, a double closet, and a smart TV. Shares a full bathroom with Bedroom #3.

Bedroom #3 (Two Twin XLs): Outfitted with two highly comfortable Twin XL mattresses (perfect for adults or children), a shared nightstand, a smart TV, and a spacious triple closet. Shares the full hallway bathroom with Bedroom #2.

The Dedicated Home Office (Flexible Sleeping): Need to log into work while away? This quiet workspace features a large desk, an ergonomic chair, an expansive power/charging strip, and a professional backdrop perfect for virtual meetings. For extra guests, the oversized chair folds out into a comfortable Twin-size bed equipped with a plush memory foam topper. A spare twin rollaway bed is also available.

The Fishing Dock & Canal Wildlife: Walk down to your private dock to drop a line (fishing poles and tackle gear are fully provided) or sit quietly to watch for local iguanas, turtles, and native birds.
